When, rather than make good on the contract they originally signed you to, they released you, you would have been well within your rights to bitch and moan. But now, you went above and beyond my friend. You decided to sell your belt on E-bay. By the way, inspired choice to photograph your belt on the toilet; let's us know how you really think about that particular "honor". But just when you think the story can't get any more fabulous, you report that you sold your belt for $100,000. Is that true? I don't really know, but it's a great way to end this particular sordid chapter. And if you don't mind, perhaps you can tell me who ended up buying the thing. I promise not to tell...

There's so much Chael Sonnen delightfulness going on lately that I don't know what to do with myself. Chael was on TMZ Live and while that show usually makes me cringe, he did such a good job. I just adore that crazy bastard.

Stephan Bonnar mentioned this week that he wants everyone to harass Dana White to make him and Forrest Griffin coaches on next season's The Ultimate Fighter so that they can slug it out in a final fight at the end of the season. Which leads me to wonder, Griffin has already beaten Bonnar two times. Do we really want to see them fight again?
