UFC Light Heavyweight Thiago Silva's Supension Over, Cleared to Apply for License

If you've been missing some brutal Muay Thai and slick patty-cake back control, we've got some good news for you. Thiago Silva is no longer suspended and is cleared to apply for his license according to the good folks at BJ Penn's website.
If you missed out, Silva was suspended after giving Brandon Vera some facial reconstruction that Joan Rivers would even question. The Nevada State Athletic Commission did not pull Thiago Silva out for steroid usage, however. Silva used a synthetic urine sample (allegedly horse urine) to fool testers. To his credit, Silva did admit to using the fake urine and did not dispute his suspension. He blamed the need to use PEDs and synthetic urine on a back injury he received during training and hoped the steroids would help him win the fight and get his family out of the bleak monetary situation they were in.
Now that Thiago Silva is back, who do you folks think he should be matched up against? Or do you even think he should be allowed to get a fight?
