Punk Payback with Bas Rutten - FUEL TV Teaser
I love the Bar Fight Self-Defense demo. Standing elbows! Groin kicks! Headbutts! Palm strikes! Spleen and liver extractions! Oh my!
The show premiers on Fuel TV on Wednesday, November 2 at 9:30 PM EST.

It seems like it doesn’t matter what Bas does/says — from fighting punks on Fuel TV to crushing heads of lettuce on Cartoon Network — it’s always entertaining.
So true
I’ve heard interviews with him wishing he could teach the kid watchers proper self defense… maybe he knows they’ll tune in!

I see a glass that's twice as big as it needs to be."
does anyone know exactly what this show is?
it seems like he’s just rehashing his old self-defense vids.
as much as i love Bas, i don’t see this show getting much mileage if this is all it’s going to be.

According to Fuel.tv...
…the show will be this:
UFC Heavyweight Champion and 3x King of Pancrase, Bas Rutten, has surveyed hundreds of hours of footage and found the best examples of punks who have gotten away with their crimes. Along with the hottest stars of motocross, surf, and skate, Bas will reenact each scenario, demonstrating the necessary combat moves one would need to survive on the streets. Watch out punks; it’s time for the little guy to take charge in Punk Payback.
It could be a little fun.
Honey badger don't care.

I like it
He shows someone getting hurt. Then shows how to defend yourself in that situation. Real life application examples.
It’s good he is doing this, cuz all those new kids who now know and love him will never see his old self defense videos. They will however see Fuel TV and be able to follow the show with all the flare. They’ll start to learn self defense and martial arts, and thus be that much easier to become MMA fans when they get older. Breeding a generation- one step at a time.
