OH: Rampage Tells Bisping to Remember to Train for Fight with Mayhem

In a brief and friendly little Twitter exchange, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson thanked Michael Bisping for working with him as he prepared for his UFC 130 fight against Matt Hamill and congratulated him for landing a coaching spot on the next installment of The Ultimate Fighter. Filming for the show begins next week in Las Vegas and pits Bisping against Jason "Mayhem" Miller as opposing coaches. Rampage then reminded Bisping to be sure to train while in filming in Las Vegas because Mayhem is the real deal:

I have to say that I agree with Rampage: I do think Bisping and Mayhem will make a great show.

I'm pretty excited about the two of them as coaches!

That is until I get bored with the show about 3 episodes in. I just can’t be happy.

I have to say, I'll watch this for Mayhem.

But – shouldn’t the show be about the fighters? And isn’t that where they need to be making changes to make it interesting?

I’m with Beth. Just can’t be completely happy with this. But Mayhem and Bisping will be good for a giggle or twenty.

mayhem has parlayed being an mma fighter to host of bully beatdown and now TUF coach.

that man can hustle. props to miller and hopefully some good smack talk between the coaches and hopefully bisping embraces his inner heel. plus a good season of fights.

Anderson Silva would never fight "Bones". He is too scared to fight the real P4P champion. Nick Diaz, the man who will prove to the MMA world that he is the best WW in the world. Still public enemy #1 and enjoying every minute of it.
