Photo: Gina Carano Poses for January's Edition of GQ
Wow...not sure there can be much to write here.
Our favorite part-time mixed martial artist and full-time starlet (and ex of Kit Cope...ugh) Gina Carano took to the pages of GQ to provide us this picture and a few thoughts and insight on things in her world, including some promotion for her movie Haywire. Here are some of Gina's thoughts:
In person, Carano, who has the equivalent of a master's degree in punching, is surprisingly gentle. "I am not a violent person." she insists, "I actually don't like to hurt people." So why do it? "I like fighting," she says, "because it's honest."
...
"The guys I date usually want to test my strength and wrestle around," she says, laughing. "By the end of the day, they're drenched in sweat" Poor guys. That sounds just awful.
Of course, the media's fascination with Gina's girl next door look seems to negate the fact she has not fought in over two years and that her fighting career is bolstered by her looks. Regardless, it is good to see Gina getting into the mainstream and that people are clearly interested...no matter what the reason.
For the ladies, Haywire is due out January 20th of next year, and stars Carano, Michael Fassbender, Ewan McGregor, and Channing Tatum. For those looking for a man with a little more wisdom, Antonio Banderas, Bill Paxton, and Michael Douglas are also in the cast.

I prefer Miesha as well. Miesha’s got that insecure girl thing goin on, she looks damaged to me. I respect that. Like mentally ill issues. Or maybe that’s the only way I can justify this world where bryan caraway is dating her… SIGH.
Gina got more of a fuck too many ppl think im hot problems.
God help me, I lusted, and there is a promise in such sweat. But it is a whore's vengeance, and you must see it; I set myself entirely in your hands. I know you must see it now.
Poor Gina.
I bet she’s the kind of girl who has been through shitty bf after shitty bf. You know the ones that look like Kit Cope. Asshole-ly.

A girl who is damaged reminds me of how damaged I am. Symbolic in my mind.
And emotionally. Physically girls always seem to be “manageable” to put it politely in my eyes. I rarely see a 10, but I rarely see a girl under a 6.
