Random Awesome Fights: Roger Huerta vs. Jon 'War Machine' Koppenhaver

Typing War Machine's name is a tricky task indeed. Once upon a TUF, the correct typing of Jon "War Machine" Koppenhaver was oh so simplistic. Jon Koppenhaver's nickname was 'War Machine', so you you quoted it up. However, when Mr. Koppenhaver legally changed his name to War Machine back in '08 things got a bit murky. Where do we quote now? War 'Jon Koppenhaver' Machine? It fits the standard guidelines but sounds quite odd. Besides, Is 'War' now Mr. Machine's first name? Or is this like a single named thing like 'Dido', 'Batman', or 'Malcomn X'?

The world may never truly know what War Machine's name is. But at least we still know our own names, which is more than we can say about Roger Huerta after his bout last Saturday with Mr. Machine at the debut show of Ultimate Warrior Fighting. Despite a valiant effort by the natural lightweight in this 170 lbs bout, Post-Prison War Machine was just too much,

It looks like War Machine's third round armbar/kimura attempt put the hurt on Huerta, and opened him up to get mounted and pounded out. Roger posted on his Facebook page about the bout-

"Hey guys, thx again for the messages. So Yeah, left the hospital earlier this morning and it's a broken rib. Happened in the scramble when I ended up in half guard late in the 3rd round. Thought I could hold him there but it was to painful. I should of called it off there but I guess my stubbornness in not calling it got the best of me. sorry guys... 

You know, I'm not sure what's going on...I was winning this fight till the rib broke(or at least I felt this). It wasn't like he punched it and broke it. It just gave out and I couldn't breath. Weirdest thing. My hats off to him though. It was a good fight all in all. But again thank you guys deeply for the nice messages and for your support. Hope you guys enjoyed the fight either way"
