The Meaning of Yancy Medeiros's Tattoos, From the Man Himself!

Last week we honored (yes, it is an honor) Yancy Medeiros with Tattoo of the Week for the extensive and beautiful ink we saw in his Strikeforce Challengers win against Raul Castillo.  Well, he was kind enough to send us an explanation of his tattoos, and trust us, if you liked him before, you'll love him after this.

my tats have a lot of meaning to it.... each design has a specific meaning that all leads to my daughter.... strength, protection, family, power, life, prosperity, all of that.. if u notice my leg tat has my daughters name inside out.. or in other words, the name is spelt with the skin, not the ink...
i made it like that becuz shes like no other, she flows inside and out of me, my drive to keep fighting and supporting her. and just being the best father/provider i can to her....

thank you for showing interest in my tattoos, because it means a lot to me, just as much as my daughter...
