Fight Styles: Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a fighting style that originated in Thailand and Southeast Asia. It is known as "The Art of Eight Limbs" because hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used. This enables the fighters to strike with eight points of contact as opposed to two (hands) or four (hands and feet). Muay Thai also uses "the clinch" to bind an opponent to another.
