Best and Worst of 2009: Best Fighter Meltdown

And the Winner is:  Junie Browning

This was a tough one for sure.  We had two fighters in the running: Junie Browning and War Machine.  We decided that while War Machine's smackdown at a porn party was certainly a magnificent meltdown, it was just the cherry on top of a long lasting spiral of craziness.

But Junie, oh Junie.  First he had to be taken to the hospital after taking what police reported as 16 Klonopin.  Then, when he arrived at the hospital he punched and kicked two nurses and, to some female nurses, yelled, "Do you know who I am? I will kill you and rape your family."   But all was not lost for Mr. Browning.  After being cut by UFC, he was picked up to fight at MMA Big Show: Onslaught in Florence, IN.  Alas, after winning his fight, he treated the crowd to this gem:  "I try to come out here and put on a show. If you don't like it, than f**k ya'll! Ladies, after this I want two lines, one for sucking and one for f**ing."   Wow, while that's a tempting offer, I do believe I had to wash my hair that night.
